If you’re visiting our Raymore chiropractic care center for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. It’s our mission to make your time with us a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Our office is often described as having a calming ambience. We feature gentle, spa-like music and are big into the coziness factor. We hope you think so, too.
May we suggest that you download your new patient paperwork from our website? If you fill it out before you arrive, it’ll save you valuable time. Please be sure to bring your driver’s license, insurance card and any X-ray reports or previous medical records that pertain to your case. It’s always wise as well to wear comfortable, loose clothing; women should avoid wearing dresses or skirts.
Your first visit will take between 30 to 45 minutes. As you enter the clinic, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our friendly staff. You’ll be escorted to our examination area and vitals will be taken. Dr. Michael Brucks will then conduct a thorough assessment, including
- A consultation
- An orthopedic and neurological evaluation
- A postural analysis
- X-rays, if necessary
Based on the results of your examination, specific therapies will be recommended to jump-start the healing process. You’ll then receive your first gentle chiropractic adjustment.
Before you leave for the day, one of our staff will review our insurance and cash options for your consideration. We also accept all major credit cards and payment through health savings accounts.
Your second visit will take about 30 minutes. During this appointment, Dr. Brucks will evaluate your examination findings to help you understand the source of your problem. He’ll also discuss customized care options to help you start feeling your best.
Your visit will conclude with any recommended therapies and your second chiropractic adjustment./
