Dr. David Leonard resides with his wife (Yvette) in Raymore, MO and has two children. Kathy Richter and Savannah Robinson are the doctor's assistants and have been with the doctor since 2007
Dr. Leonard graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College with a doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. He has achieved numerous awards, honors and accomplishments:
- Associate degree in Environmental Science-- North Dakota State University 1980
- Bachelors degree in Physical Science at University of North Carolina 1984
- Bachelors degree in Human Anatomy at Cleveland Chiropractic College 2000
- Dean's List, North Dakota State University and University of North Carolina
- NRRPT certified (National Registry of Radiation Protection Technologists) 1992
- 13 year successful career at Carolina Power & Light as Nuclear Technician
- Awarded $15,000 for great idea at CP&L (Custom built boxes to hold radioactively contaminated scaffolding)
- Academic Honors; Eight Strait Semesters at Cleveland Chiropractic College
- Who's who of American students 2000
- Graduated Magna Cum Laude From Cleveland Chiropractic College
- Who's Who of American Inventors in 1995
- Awarded U.S. patent in 1995 for passive exercise/traction machine--Received FDA approval for device in 2000.
